Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Creator Follower Counter website, dashboard, connected device features, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Service description

Creator Follower Counter allows creators to connect their TikTok account via TikTok Login Kit and display follower-related account information, including follower count, on a dashboard and connected counter device. The Service is read-only and intended only for lawful creator-facing use.

Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are authorized to connect the TikTok account you submit to the Service.

TikTok authorization and permissions

By connecting a TikTok account, you authorize us to access only the scopes you approve through TikTok's authorization flow. Those scopes may include basic account identifiers, profile-related data, and follower-related information that are necessary to operate the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with TikTok's terms, policies, and developer platform requirements.

User obligations

You agree to use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws, these Terms, and TikTok policies.

You must not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or abusive conduct, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or connected systems, interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, or connect a TikTok account that you do not control or are not authorized to use.

Data access

The Service accesses only the scopes required to identify the connected account and retrieve authorized profile and follower information. We do not post content, send messages, follow accounts, or modify your TikTok account settings.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we believe you have violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, misused the TikTok integration, or if continued operation of the Service is no longer feasible.

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your TikTok account at any time.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its branding, software, content, and design, is owned by or licensed to Creator Follower Counter and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service or any related intellectual property rights.

Third-party services

The Service depends on third-party platforms and infrastructure, including TikTok. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their policies. Your use of third-party services is governed by the terms and policies of those third parties.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, continuous access to TikTok data, error-free operation, or that follower counts will always be current, complete, or available.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creator Follower Counter and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Changes to the service or terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page and updating the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
